Soft, snuggly, and warm is the way to go!

Cover hard floors with mats or carpets to stop slipping and make sure your dog has a soft warm place to sleep to help with joint pain.

Hard floors and sleeping surfaces are not great for dogs with arthritis and joint pain. Injuries from slipping on hard floors are common and can be avoided by putting down carpets or non-slip mats.

Beds should be well padded and warm to ease joint pain and alleviate stiffness, and make sure your dogs bed is large enough that they can stretch out their legs.

There are some great pet heating pads available for the colder months or simply use a wheat bag tucked under the blankets for extra cosiness.
